Healthy feet are the foundation for a mobile and stable body! In this 45-minute class, we will strengthen the foot muscles, improve mobility, and enhance balance. Through simple yet effective exercises, we will promote relaxation, stability, and better posture. This course is suitable for everyone – whether beginners or advanced participants. Content: • Mobilization and strengthening of the feet • Exercises to improve balance and stability • Stretching and relaxation of the foot muscles Note: The class will be held barefoot. Please bring comfortable sportswear and a small towel.
