Metcon
Metcon is a workout program that incorporates functional body weight movements with light to moderate loads.
It's designed to be easy to start but remains highly challenging. Similar to our WOD classes, each METCON workout is unique, ensuring variety and ongoing engagement.
Kettlebell
The Kettlebell workout is ideal for strengthening the back, legs, shoulder girdle and the middle of the body simultaneously.
It also burns many calories in a short time.
Most exercises are not performed in isolation, such as with the barbell, but in complex sequences of movements. This trains coordination and mobility simultaneously.
