The Vinyasa  involves intensive practice for strength and mobility, guided by the breath.

Vinyasa Yoga with Leo

Low impact class for everyone. The exercises are simple and effective. We focus on good alignment, posture, strengthening your back with progressive back extension exercises as well as flexion for mobility. We work on stability and strength in our hips and pelvis so these muscles can do their job correctly and the lower back doesn’t have to compensate and pain can then be felt. We will work also on core strength so you will feel more toned and strong in your abs as well as your back.

Back Fit with Leo

Join our Pickeball Lesson to fell in love with this new sport.  During this course you will learn the Pickleball rules and to hit the ball right (volley, serve, etc.). After this lesson, you can hire the court and the material and play by your self.

LES MILLS DANCE is a 45-minute high-energy workout that will challenge and move you. Each class includes 10 stand-alone tracks, with each introducing new choreography. The workout is anchored in 3 cardio peaks, a warm-up, and a cool-down.

Soft Tissue Mobilization (STM) with Foam Roller & Lacrosse Ball. Uses stretching and deep pressure to break up rigid muscle tissue, relax muscle tension, and move fluids trapped in the tissues that cause pain and inflammation. STM is used to treat soft tissue injuries including muscle strains and sprains. It is a type of manual therapy.

Open Pickleball Match - unsupervised

The game is played similarly to golf, with the exception that players use a soccer ball instead of a golf ball, and the ball is kicked rather than struck with a club, working toward a 50 cm-52 cm diameter by 28 cm deep "footgolf cup" usually located away from golf greens. The player who finishes the course with the fewest shots wins. The first shot has to be played from a tee box, and bunkers, trees, water and hills must be crossed or avoided in order to reach the hole
