is a session that alternates fitness and strength, contains 3 fitness blocks where we work on fitness using traditional step-up movements on the step board and 3 strength blocks that focus on MRL (Stomach/Butt/Thighs). The layout is simple and easy to follow from the start. You adjust the intensity and level of exercise based on your own needs.
