We reinforce and demonstrate our preparation in terms of cleaning, hygiene and disinfection, keeping all the spaces of the hotel free of worry.

  • Advice from virology experts to adapt our protocols to the new situation, increasing the frequency of disinfection of all spaces (before and multiple times a day) and establishing an always-on cleaning process.
  • New cleaning measures and protocols with certified and sustainable products and natural-based systems that ensure maximum efficiency without harming the environment.
  • Most frequent disinfection of common areas.
  • We reinvent the buffet for the safety of our customers: single touch in the stalls, deep hygiene between meals, etc.
  • The best cleaning equipment from certified suppliers and the best equipment for employees and customers.
  • Clean and sanitized room for each new guest, with a specific protocol for cleaning textiles in laundry facilities and access to the room only when the client is gone. The room assigned for your stay will have been empty a minimum of 24 hours.

With almost 1 million square meters, Playitas Resort offers the possibility of enjoying your holidays in a quiet, sporty, outdoor and healthy environment. We improve the use of open and outdoor spaces, including it as a security measure, but also as a true luxury that we will enjoy this vacation.

  • The capacity in all our facilities, both indoors and outdoors, sports activities and leisure activities will be limited.
  • Reservations for sports facilities / activities or our restaurants will be made by phone. 24 hours Reception telephone service to meet your request.
  • The natural spaces will continue to be our allies, with outdoor activities such as tennis, running, yoga, water sports (surfing, SUP, diving, etc.), cycling, mountain bike, nordic walking, countless fitness classes (Pilates, Zumba , Functional, HIT, Core, Stretch & Relax and many more).
  • The number of machines available in the gym will be reduced in order to maintain the established safety distances.
  • Marked circulation to avoid queues.
  • We will reduce the tables in the a la carte restaurants (reservation required) and Buffet. If necessary, shifts will be established. We will increase the spaces in our buffets taking advantage of the outdoor areas and creating new gastronomic experiences outdoors.
  • More space between the sun beds to relax safely.
  • Recommended use of stairs instead of elevators.

When is the hotel going to reopen?

Playitas Resort will reopen on September 1st 2020.

When is the golf course going to reopen?

Driving range, putting and chipping green are open to members. 18 holes golf course will be open same day as the Resort. 

When will other facilities like the olympic pool or the badminton courts be open?

All other premises will reopen when resort reopens on September 1st 2020.

Gym, indoor handball hall, golf, fitness areas and equipment – how is it cleaned and how often?

We are reinforcing the cleaning and disinfection work of every one of the hotel spaces, such as bedrooms, communal areas, meeting and event spaces as well as staff work areas, transport vehicles and the objects of common use. All sports equipment will be disinfected after use.

What is the check-in procedure? 

We are working to offer our customer a safer and more recommended digital pre-check-in, but also more agile and comfortable.  Avoiding time at the reception and contact with employees.

How is sports booking going to be handled?

The capacity in sports booking will be limited and controlled by marked circulation to avoid queues. Reservations for sports facilities / activities will be made by phone. 24 hours reception telephone service is available to meet your request.

Which medical services are available?

There is a 24/7 medical service available: private & public hospitals with ambulance, international Resort Doctor and security/isolation rooms enabled in the hotel itself.

What are the new routines and rules regarding cleaning and disinfection?

We are reinforcing the cleaning and disinfection work of every one of the hotel spaces, such as bedrooms, communal areas, meeting and event spaces as well as staff work areas, transport vehicles and the objects of common use. 
The pool capacity will be reduced in order to maintain the established safety distances and the space between the sun beds will be augmented to relax safely.

Which safety measures are in place when it comes to serving food?

We will reduce the tables in the a la carte restaurants (reservation required) and Buffet – if necessary, shifts will be established. We will increase the spaces at our buffets taking advantage of the outdoor areas and creating new gastronomic experiences outdoors. In addition to this, circulation marks will be created.

What are the rules regarding distance to other clients?

Different measures have been established. The number of machines available in the gym will be reduced as well as its capacity in order to maintain the established safety distances. Sports activities and facilities, both indoors and outdoors, will have a capacity limit.

How is the hotel staff trained and equipped?

There is an organized  safety access with sanitary controls for suppliers and employees. All employees will be trained (Certified by Quirón Prevension) and equipped with hygiene and protection measures.
