Workshops on the topics of mindset, nutrition and hormones. Enough time to relax, unwind and vacation with the family
Because we want to be women, because we want to be among ourselves, because we want to have fun, because we don't want to pull in our stomachs, because we want to move, because we want to motivate and inspire each other, because we have time for ourselves but also time want for our family. Because we step on the gas and sweat, but also want to put our feet up and relax. Because it's just nicer together. Because that's exactly what we can do here. And because we do it now and don't want to wait.
Short facts workouts
• There are 2-3 workouts per day. But you don't have to participate in all workouts. You do it in a way that is good for you and your family.
• During some workouts we are J #womenonly among ourselves
• But there are also workouts for the whole family and your children are always welcome anyway #family&friends
• There are 3 lanes reserved for swimming every day
• The following guided workouts are available: running, swimming, cycling, athletics, yoga
• In addition, you can use the courses from the hotel, some of which are free of charge, and sometimes also for a fee
