The Dance Yogi Barre Collective With Lizzie Mapstone

Originally from the UK Lizzie Mapstone is a Dynamic movement artist & experienced Teacher. A retired Pro Dancer, Choreographer & Fitness specialist Lizzie brings a lifetime of in-depth Movement training, technical alignment knowledge, creative flows & mindful fluidity to her teaching. 
 

She will be teaching a mash up of Vinyasa Yoga, Barre Fitness, Creative Pilates (matwork & reformer) and an array of Dance Fitness fusion classes.

Each class offers a vibrant, inclusive experience infused with Lizzie’s infectious energy and passion for dynamic movement. Expect a touch of dancer’s magic , where strength, grace, and breath come together to inspire movers of all levels.
