The perfect training camp for everyone who enjoys sports and exercise. No matter whether you are newcomer, a beginner or an advanced user.
We offer various types of strength and athletic training (e.g. X-Fit, BootCamp, Tabata) / running and swimming training / core stabilization / yoga / relaxation techniques and much more.
In this camp, under the guidance of experienced trainers, you will improve your endurance, athleticism and flexibility. You can work out, get inspiration and motivation for your own training and have a lot of fun doing the activities together.
At the joint dinners, lectures and conversations, we will talk about sports-related topics, nutrition, equipment and more. Of course, the trainers will be available at any time for questions.
The courses will be taught in German.
