Face yoga is a specific training for the fascial muscles. With certain exercises to strengthen, stretch and relax the fascial muscles the skin become tighter and wrinkles can be reduced. This makes the face appear fresher, fuller and younger. Face yoga is also about tapping, stroking and practicing acupressure in and around the face. This stimulates the lymphflow, reduces stress and increase general well-being.
Please wash your hands when coming to the class because you will touch your face with hands/fingers during the exercises.

It's race day! Come and enjoy our weekly 13,6 Km run to the famous Entallada Lighthouse.
The road will lead you to the top of the lighthouse, it is not a flat route and you will come across some small climbs before the big challenge of an incline of 12-15% until you reach the top!
One of our staff team will be at the top of Lighthouse with water station for the runners and showing the turning point. The target to rich the finishing line it will be 2 hours from the starting of the race. Our saff will be available during this period to give any assistant and support they might need.
This is not a social event. Mandatory to bring your ID, in case of emergency!
