EMOM workouts are an acronym for every minute on the minute. A form of interval training, the goal with this workout is to complete a certain number of reps of a particular exercise within 60 seconds, and to use whatever time is left in that minute to rest.

It's race day! Come and enjoy our weekly 13,6 Km run to the famous Entallada Lighthouse.
The road will lead you to the top of the lighthouse, it is not a flat route and you will come across some small climbs before the big challenge of an incline of 12-15% until you reach the top!
One of our staff team will be at the top of Lighthouse with water station for the runners and showing the turning point. The target to rich the finishing line it will be 2 hours from the starting of the race. Our saff will be available during this period to give any assistant and support they might need.
This is not a social event.
