The heated eight-lane, 50m Olympic pool at Playitas Resort features top of the range technology and all the necessary equipment for outdoor training and professional competitions throughout the year. The water temperature’s a constant 25-26º all year.

Fuerteventura’s excellent weather means the pool can be used virtually all year.
The pool has a constant temperature of 25-26 degrees year round and is usually covered at night to keep the temperature at this level.
Playitas Resort has experienced swimming instructors for various levels. If you’d like to take lessons, please contact the Sports Booking staff during opening hours.

The pool’s modern changing rooms were opened for the Masters category of the Spanish Swimming Championship held at Playitas Resort in June 2013.
We remind you that swim caps are compulsory in the pool and footwear must be worn around the pool area.
The Olympic pool has an underground gallery for viewing and monitoring swim technique.
This facility allows swim team coaches to correct and analyse swim stroke techniques.
Playitas Resort Olympic pool is the venue for various national, local and regional championships.
The most publicised event was the Masters category of the Spanish Swimming Championship in June 2013, in which more than 400 swimmers from all over Spain competed.
